They carried a discontinued yarn I needed at a reasonable price and their shipping prices were refreshing! Yarn arrived quickly and I enjoyed some small gifts that were included with my order. Will keep them in mind when looking for yarn and hope to stop by the store the next time I pass through Roseburg.

I ordered yarn for a Knit Along project and received it today. It took a little while to get it, but it was worth the wait. The price was half of what my local yarn stores were charging and I also got a complimentary tape measure and a Euclan sample. The box smells so yummy and is full of my fluffy yarn. What a lovely shop! I had a gift certificate to spend and everyone was so welcoming - from the staff to the 'sit & knit' ladies. Too many times I've experienced the 'clique' feeling when visiting a LYS for the first time - not the case here. Such a great selection of yarns - from luxury to workhorse - and tools! I placed my first order recently and was so impressed with how quickly the order shipped. They also had a difficult to find yarn that was discontinued. I received it today and it was nicely wrapped and even came with a complimentary measuring tape and a sample of Eucalan. I am new to knitting and I picked a shawl as my first project on my own. I could not find a yarn I liked at my LYS so I went online to find the yarn indicated in my pattern. Knotty Lady had it in stock. I had a issue with the website so I just picked up the phone and called. Sierra helped me with my purchase. Such a friendly and helpful person.
