The people that work there are very enthusiastic, helpful & have fun! I really loved talking to them about some of the beautiful samples on display! Just received my 3 skeins of sock yarn along with a sample of Eucalan and a stitch count ruler with a magnifying glass! How awesome! I was 2/3rds done a sock and realized I didn't have enough. Frantic I wouldn't find it because it's a few years old, Knotty Lady had it! She sent it out right away over the Thanksgiving holiday no less. I am very impressed with their customer service!
I’m so happy I found this store! I didn’t really expect the area to have a good LYS, let alone one I kinda want to move into - every indie brand except one I had been eyeing online was there to check out & squish in person and I definitely will be back plenty more as I continue with my knitting journey! Definitely the perfect place to take any knitter or crochet fiend you might have in your life!
