This is the type of business that makes knitting fun again! Both local yarn stores where I live have gone out of business and I despaired of finding this particular yarn again. Very prompt delivery of this hard to find color of yarn and it came in fun red packaging and included a free sample of eucalan. Price was totally competitive and shipping was reasonable. I'm from Milwaukee, WI. During this time of stay-at-home I've been working through some of my stash. I chose a medium sized shawl based on the amount of Manos del Uruguay yarn I had. First I almost ran out of yarn because of user error. I totally misread the pattern and had way too many repeats. Whoops. So I ripped it all apart and started over. I needed a particular yarn that was nowhere to be found, but then I found it on the Knotty Lady website. I ordered it, and it arrived almost immediately, along with a nice needle gauge gift! Later on I ran out and needed more of the same yarn (silly me), and I ordered a few more skeins from Knotty Lady. They arrived almost immediately again, and were the same dye lot!! I'm very impressed and thankful.

A google search led me to this lovely store! I am in Massachusetts and lost a round of yarn chicken with a discontinued yarn and apparently Knotty Lady had the last 10 skeins in existence. Meghan replied promptly to my email after checking that they had them. I ordered 6, because my daughter wants something made with it, too, so now I get to finish my shawl and make something for her, too. :) The package arrived quickly in a shiny purple bubble wrap package that my daughters are now fighting over because it's so much fun.
