Yesterday, I was lucky enough to experience my first visit to Knot Springs. I took a lovely late afternoon Yin Yoga class with Keri and watched the full moon drift by outside of the studio window. After the relaxing class, I hit the spa to experience their suggested step-by-step K/S ritual which included moving in-between the tepidarium, caldarium, cold plunge (yep, that’s right!), sauna, steam, rest and re-hydrate (and repeat as needed). Beautiful retreat in bustling downtown, just minutes from Athleta!
We had a great yoga class followed by an amazing relaxing experience soaking in the pools at #knotsprings. To hang outside for a little cool off and have the view of the whole city scape was fantastic! The staff is kind and accommodating. We had a lovely night!
As Dion said in his vlog, 'I have never been so relaxed in my life.' The facilities are beautiful, the people are warm and welcoming and I swear their steam room could cure any and every cold. I cannot wait for the restaurant to open so we never have to leave hahaha.
Best place in Portland to relax and chill. This team ain't f*ucking around. If ya don't know, now ya know. Friendly staff, amazing space, it's more than what you think you know about this place.
