This was my first time at a spa but the bar is incredibly high now! Comfort and kindness from the staff, the atmosphere and layout was phenomenal, and our massages? Bliss! A couple hours at Knot and I've realized just how important it is to treat oneself occasionally. Strongly STRONGLY recommend!
I was a bit hesitant to go to my first 90 min massage but after a summer of hard work this place was exactly what I needed. The "springs" are super fun and I totally recommend doing the order they recommend through at least once, even though the cold plunge is painful it's super refreshing. Josh was amazing, totally suited the massage to my needs and was more than happy to work with my super messed up back and shoulders. What an amazing place and wonderful staff. Can't wait to spend another spa day working out and relaxing with my wife.
Most relaxing place I've been. I wish I had something like this near where I live. Have to go back to Portland soon!
