Rachel is hands down the best lash artist on Staten Island. Her salon suite is beautiful and welcoming. Any service she provides is top notch. I have had eyelash extensions for 3 years now. I have never taken a break, except for covid when they all naturally fell out. I still had every lash perfectly healthy, long and thick. She uses the best products and takes her time to perfect her craft!
