I have been working Knorr Systems for the past six years. They have been the most amazing resource for my commercial pool needs and have done many repairs on my equipment and coming and doing maintenance and repairs on my complex system. I had William from the Texas office fly out and repair and do a training on our Prominent controllers. He was very knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue we were having. I had my UV's serviced last week by Scott from the California office and I would have to say he did an excellent job.... read more

We have used Knorr systems for our pool controllers for about 7 years. The technician used to be Jake and he was great - came out of Addison Texas office and my staff loved working with him. Service was 5 star. But then after he left the new techo at Addison Texas is a fellow named Tim- Service and cooperation dropped to a 1 star and we are seriously considering changing companies.
