Where do I start? We live in the townhouse with our roommates. The stairs don't have backs on them (understandable but dangerous for small children). The railing is VERY wiggly, they "fixed it the best they could" but it still wiggles. Where the top of the railing touches the ceiling in the living room and basement, it's falling off and is barely even touching to hold anything up. Knollwood is a great place. There maintenance is slow but its s nice and quiet peaceful.
Quiet. Great neighbors and location. Affordable. Nice pool. Pretty grounds. Only issue is how long it takes maintaice to come. Also love the ducks in the ponds.
