The staff couldn’t care less. I’ve emailed the property owners about the jerk who locks his dog on the balcony and lets it go to the bathroom on the balcony below. Our Storage was broken into and they blew it off. Amazon packages get stolen. The building is supposed to be secure but the doors are broken. If you can afford to live elsewhere I definitely would if I were you.
I’m very disturbed by some recent FB posts from your Facilities Maintenance Manager Derek Stepp. He’s very unprofessional and disrespectful at the least. I hope as a business you’d take this information seriously as in the climate of the world we live in today I’m sure you come across POC and may have them as tenants. Not a good look. He has been reported to the FBI for hate speech

Lived here for nearly 10 years and has generally never had any issues. Got home today, noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. Called the front office. Apparently 90 + degree weather is not an emergency unless you have a doctors note. I'd hate to be a senior citizen and really have to struggle in this heat. You guys have got to do better with your customer service.
The people in the front office are entirely rude!! They don't care about any issues you might have in your unit. They treat all their tenants like crap. DO NOT come out here to live!! And tell all your friends and family DO NOT come out here to live!! I couldn't even post my review until I rated them. I had to give them 1 Star, I wanted to give them a negative 20
Rude staff, specifically DJ. She likes to swear at and hang up on customers. And when you call to leave a complain you'll be glad to know that the supervisor is the one that was just rude as fuck. The apartments are DIRTY, the maintenance is useless (our building had NO LOCK for about 5 months in a row), and you might even get the experience I did and have a water main break and surprise you don't get to have water in your house!
