DO NOT CHOOSE KNOLLWOOD APARTMENTS. My apartment (1024 #C) was an apartment from hell and the landlord (Miguel) deserves the slumlord of the year award. For starters the whole building has its own VILLAGE of mice living in it. I killed over 10 mice AND my apartment was second story so just imagine ground level. Roaches were so bad that i wouldnt use most of the cabinets in the kitchen and caused me and my children allergy problems the whole year I lived there.
