First and foremost, I don't want to give a bad review. I had an okay haircut. The problem I have is that someone was instructing the stylist how to cut the hair and that's a worry problem for me when I'm paying for a professional haircut and I have someone who's still practicing how to cut hair. At the end of the day it's a haircut but it is a professional environment. Always enjoy seeing Dee for a haircut. She is great Barber and a wonderful person. I would highly recommend Knockouts and in particular Dee for your grooming needs.

Wonderful personality and service. Also great haircut and beard trim. Feeling great! Also massage and shampoo was awesome. Highly recommend.

I went in for a quick trim and the barber and I agreed to only take off an inch maybe less from my hair and by the time I was turned around to see the mirror my hair was significantly shorter and went from basically shoulder length to being about four to five inches shorter. This is the second and last visit I had a stylist named mia before and she cut hair very well but this second visit was awful
