Naty is great. Update: I’m updating my previous 5-star review because my recent experience was quite different. The skill level is there, but the patience is missing. My stylist seemed impatient when I struggled to communicate the specific length I wanted, making the process feel rushed and uncomfortable. At a $35 price point, clear communication should be a given—otherwise, I might as well go to a $12 budget salon.
