I have found that dependability and timeliness definitely varies (by location )at knockouts. However my experience today was a good one. I got an excellent haircut by a professional who definitely knew her trade.

I use Veronica as a stylist and do not speak Spanish so I do not know what the last guy was talk about but she is great stylist and does her best to take care of everything I need done and is always helpful. I have been come here for over 7 years and Veronica and Adriana are the only ones I let cut my hair.

I have decided to become a regular at this location, I've only ever had one minor issue and Adriana made a point to reach out and correct it. She does a wonderful job and gets the job done fast and neat. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut anymore.
