They sent out a specialist to get rid of a rodent multiple times under their service policy, which I paid for in advance. They never solved the problem and tried to up charge me for additional services. After I canceled they tried to charge me again for a cancellation fee twice when they never fixed the problem!!! I hired another pest control company shortly after and they identified an obvious entry issue the first time out and fixed the problem the same day at a fraction of the price. As communicated with you and based on the annual contract signed, the recurring service is to cover general pest control maintenance services.
