I lived here for 2 years and haven’t had a complaint. I always felt safe and had great neighbors. I could have packages delivered to my doorstep and left for a week and no one would take them. Maintenance requests were always responded to within a days time. They were always upfront about when they would stop in and do apartments checks. Never had any unwanted surprises with this complex. Highly satisfied with my stay.
Knob Hill is a really great place to live. The community room and pool are an enjoyable place to relax. Jamie is an excellent representative for Knob Hill
