I am new to KSF and have been very impressed, not only by the excellent quality of information about each manufacturer and what makes them unique, but also by the excellent service. This is a customer service driven company. No doubt about that. I have purchased two knives so far and am sure there will be many more, as I am a bit of a collector. This is a great and very personable company. I recommend it with enthusiasm.
Excellent store front, the layout of the store is inviting. Great web site; easy to navigate, plenty of information available from sharpening to manufacturer history. Excellent customer service, knowledgable and friendly staff. Top of the line quality at an affordable price. These people don't up sell. They don't need to, the quality is evident when you walk in their shop.
After purchasing over 20 knives from KSF I have to give them 5 stars. great selection, great price and very fast shipping. Just don't talk to Tyler--------------cause his recommendations are right on and I end up buying more than one knive at a time. Thinks Tyler for hand picking my ZT 566CFM390 and the USA Blur. Love all my ZT's
Excellent customer service and very fast delivery time. Their webpage is top shelf and there knife pictures are superb. Chances are, if you are looking for a specific knife, they will have it. If you do not find the knife that you are looking for, just give them a call.

I love KSF! Over the years I have purchased many knives from Derrick and I have never been disappointed. I love his website the picture you see is the knife you get! Customer service is top notch, the continued customer point discount program is great. Northwoods Knives are world class slip-joints that I get really excited about. Great selection of different brands and knife makers represented. But most of all I love the fact that the owner is as much as a knife nut as I am.
