Good selection, prompt shipping. I live in Canada and have never experienced an issue ordering from KSF. Their passion is evident in their continued collaborations with several knifemakers, and their price and selection are competive with anything I've seen elsewhere. I continue to be a happy customer, and encourage others to give KSF an opportunity to impress them, as I myself have been.
I've tried them all, and this is the BEST knife store out there, bar none! First they have a great and easy-to-negotiate website, and then the best pictures of each individual knife you might be considering --then, their prices are lowest, and their service is the best anywhere. Excellent selection and even better service. I was looking for a couple of specific BRKT and found them. On top of that I requested a sheath change and KSF did it at no cost for me. Will definitively buy again from this company.

As a cardiac surgeon (in Romania) I appreciate very much knives. Unfortunately we do not have manny possibilities here to find a good kinfe. So, I descovered Derreck and his team on the net, and the whole bunch of staff they have. I bought 3 Bob Kramer knives of excelent quality and the delivery was very quick. Was looking for a new model ZT452CF. I saw it on their website before but it wasn't anymore. I called. The person said that it wasn't displayed on the website because it was sold out. Their inventory system confirmed they didn't have any stock. But he asked me to wait while he went back to physically check for new shipments coming in.
