Sky is professional and an excellent communicator. As an electrician servicing the properties he works with - it is clear that he really cares for his client’s needs.
We used Knippa as a property management service for several years and Sky is amazing. Sky is very responsive, personable, and reliable. We felt that Sky did a great job of representing us as landlords and also being fair and responsive to tenants. Unfortunately, I wasn’t dealing with Gary. I paid two application fees for a rental property and uploaded my income documents and ID. I didn’t hear anything for two days. So, I contacted my leasing agent. She quickly told me that my application was denied. So, I’m thinking why didn’t the screening company or PM contact me directly.
