Unfortunately, I wasn’t dealing with Gary. I paid two application fees for a rental property and uploaded my income documents and ID. I didn’t hear anything for two days. We’ve been renting through Gary/Knippa Properties for a few years now and they are the best property management I’ve ever had. Responds quickly (24 hours or less) and efficiently for everything. We appreciate them so much
They took care of everything and got me a great deal.
Gary has been our property manager for over a decade and I’m not sure I have the correct words to say how pleased we are with Gary and Knippa Properties. We live out of state, and Gary has always kept us well informed of all activities concerning our rental property, and quickly taking care of any concerns that may come up. Gary and Knippa Properties have been our one-and-only property manager for all of these years and we are extremely happy with his service. Thank you Gary!
