Doctor Knipe removed my wisdom teeth recently and the whole staff greatly exceeded my expectations of what I thought the experience would be like. I greatly appreciated the atmosphere of the office, everyone was helpful and concerned about my comfort and pain levels, both pre and post-surgery. Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Rude Front Desk: Hate to say it, but I have to agree with the above poster. The office ladies are extremely rude! I realized this at the first visit, and it continued throughout the entire treatment process. Dr. Knipe is super nice...so it actually surprised me that the front desk help was so rude.
