RecommendedI have been with Dr. Green and his team for over 30 years. They are the ONLY team that truly cares about your fur baby. The fur baby comes first and foremost to them. They aren't in business for the money, they are in business because they CARE about animals. They have a business staff that sees to the money side that keeps them up and running for us and our babies.
While the doctors working in this clinic are phenomenal, the front desk staff and the manager are impossible to work with. There is one particular front desk person that is uneducated and unsupervised that has no idea how to schedule an emergency vs a routine appointment and her lack of judgement will cause your pet to suffer. Unfortunately when the issue was brought to the attention of the clinic manager, the communication after the fact was handled through email rather than calling. Absolutely the best clinic you could ask for. My first visit was for a second opinion because I didnt agree with the vet I was using who I felt was milking me and misdiagnosing my dog just to keep in in office. Where I couldnt see results at my last clinic, Knightsville was more than willing to walk through her test and say results with me. It came to find out I was correct and my dog had been misdiagnosed on 3 things in a 1 week span. Since then the amazing vets have saved that dog and 1 more from a snake bite. Dr. Green is absolutely the best vet I've ever experienced. He took such great care of my rats throughout the years I've been taking them here (sadly they've all passed from old age) and I always knew they were in the best hands. Dani and the rest of the staff are wonderful too. Everybody was always so social and polite.
