I was referred to this company by a freind, who was referred by a friend. When I called I got the actual owner, who would be doing the work. He was very pleasant and very knowledgable! I had already called 2 other companies before I learned about Knights Mechanical. The other companies were the ones I would not reccommend. They never showed up to the appointment. When I called to ask where they were, his response was. "Sorry, we lost your information". No excuse. Poor business. I would never recommend such a business.
We found ourselves searching yp.com for a hvac company when we woke up and our heat wasnt working. We called 2 other reputable companies and got extremely high quotes just to come out to "diagnose" the problem. Not only that, they weren't going to be able to come for several hours. We desperately needed for someone to come out promptly as we have two small children and it was freezing outside. Just to note, we had a not so good experience in the past with a different company. Now, after having Knight's Mechanical, my family and I could not stress enough to say how pleased we are. They were very professional to say the least. The work was kept very clean from start to finish. Chris, also, took his time to explain all of our questions in detail. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received and will DEFINITELY continue to use them for all of our service needs, as well as highly recommend them to all of our friends, family and coworkers.
Recently, we were faced with a dead heating system, after calling one of the areas largest and most talked about repair services, to our dismay it would take them "a couple of days" to get to us and then they immediately started quoting these prices that were through the roof and they had not even looked at our system.
