Knights always does great work and they are very friendly and trustworthy. They did the best job resetting my oval wedding ring and designing 2 add on enhancers exactly how I wanted it. If you want great quality and superior service you should try Knights Jewelers.
Brian and the staff are wonderful. I have received great customer service every time for years.
Went there around noonish. It's an intercom controlled door. Customers have to be screened and the door opened electronically by the staff. No answer on the intercom, waited a good ten minutes and no response. Tried multiple times. This is not the only jeweler in town. Ended up going to Jared. Read my review for them as they were over the top five stars plus. I will give this one three stars even though was unable to speak to anyone.
They are always friendly and everything is done in very good time. 3 generations of my family have gone there for years. They are excellent.
