Just got here and it's a gross, smelly room. We were forced to stay in an ashtray. Made me develop a cough within minutes and our eyes were burning! I think this is the Bates Motel. We might have to sleep in our car its so bad. They said they didn't have a non smoking room, yet, there are only a few cars in the parking lot. Television reception is awful an Wi-Fi did NOT work well. I have bad shoulders and the bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up awake half the night; I have slept better on AIR mattreses. I would never stay here again.
Despite the reviews of bed bugs I read I really don't have a problem. I was here for almost 2 weeks waiting for my truck to get repaired the only issues was the rooms were a bit run down Knights Inn could be remodeled. Carpets, Walls and Ceilings kinda seen better days, this place kinda needed to be fixed up. Great Walking Distance From repair shop, along with a few resturants, truck stop, 2 grocery stores, and a gas station.
Only giving one star because it is RIDICULOUS that you have bed bugs and won't pay for the treatment for the girl who recently stayed. She has already been instructed to contact an attorney, the health department, all local news channels, and all social media outlets. This is how you treat your patrons???
