RecommendedDecent room for a good price.
Our first room had no power. So I go to the office to get a new room and when we finally get it the bed was uncomfortable, it had 2 tiny pillows, the floors were disgusting, the chairs were broken, the bathroom was so tiny we couldn't close the door, water pressure was nonexistent in the shower, the tv barely worked and when we asked for more towels we were told they are being washed and they will bring some in an hour....They never came. And since there was only 2 towels in the room total it made showering almost impossible... read more
The beds are as stiff as rocks. Pillows are like putting your head on a bag of paper or tissues. Floors in the room looked gross and stained, but were probably about as clean as they were going to get. Fixtures are extremely dated and their WiFi doesn't work. Staff was friendly at least.
Absolutely awful, worst hotel I've ever experienced. Arrived to a dirty uncleaned room, was assured it would be cleaned .. it wasn't. second day complained it had still not been cleaned, had no towels, toilet paper no soap and dirty bedding .... still it didn't get cleaned, I left the next day. Spent the two nights there sleeping in my clothes on the bed both nights.
This place is the worst place to stay, first off they give us a room that was not cleaned... moved us to another room and we went out to breakfast came back and the door would not unlock. Had to wait for 1-1/2 hrs. for them to get it opened and when they did we got our stuff and left. Well they charged us another $150.00 saying that we did drugs in the room. WE DO NOT DO DRUGS and someone must have went in and used the room after we left. Since the Door was not working properly... BAD PLACE TO STAY!!!!
Omg!!! I just got off the phone with Lisa who told me they were not receiving any other complaints about being bitten!!!! And that their general manger Claire would not issue a refund because there was no proof that was bitten there! No one ever asked to see them....they just assume that I must be lying! don't stay here! I had 10 bites 7 on my knee and leg 1 on my stomach and 2 on one of my breasts!
