So I was having issues with my A/C where the thermostat kept shutting off. I used the shop vac to remove anything that could be blocking it. When that didn't work I contacted Lee from Knights Air Conditioning to get some help. Within an hour of calling, Shane came out and replaced the thermostat. This company sucks, they over filled unit on yearly service. Would not take responsibility, or even call me back. I recommend not using them.so one week later the Boss called,asked what had happened. He was out on leave for a week. So I told him what was going on. He apologized,told us how sorry he was. That he would now go ahead refund us are money in a check. Have now been waiting about 3 weeks nothing. So there you go, stay away.
