The professionalism and realness of this company is like no other! The owner and his partner came out to check out our AC unit. We had a lot of concerns due to ACREE coming out prior and stating we had a unit that was “the worst they have ever seen”. When Knight Air Conditioning observed our unit we got the complete opposite. Amazing company and fantastic service. Lee and Bart came out and fixed our AC quickly and efficiently. They won’t overcharge you and they stand by their work! Highly recommend this company.
Two stars as the team both in the field and office are very nice. I really wanted to like them after all the positive reviews and recommendations from family and friends. They maybe great for other systems, but we have a Ruud (UA17) that came with Econet. Long story short we're getting Econet Communication Failures and Wifi Module Communication errors, and are still.
