I called Knights AC for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a new duct installed in my bedroom. The owner came out to give me a quote, but instead of trying to sell me a $1,200 job I didn’t actually need, he was honest and told me the duct wasn’t the problem. He suggested replacing a $10 vent and explained a couple of simple things I could do to improve the airflow. It worked perfectly. So I was having issues with my A/C where the thermostat kept shutting off. I used the shop vac to remove anything that could be blocking it. When that didn't work I contacted Lee from Knights Air Conditioning to get some help. Within an hour of calling, Shane came out and replaced the thermostat. This company sucks, they over filled unit on yearly service. Would not take responsibility, or even call me back. I recommend not using them.so one week later the Boss called,asked what had happened. He was out on leave for a week. So I told him what was going on. He apologized,told us how sorry he was. That he would now go ahead refund us are money in a check. Have now been waiting about 3 weeks nothing. So there you go, stay away.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. When we first moved to Apollo Beach two years ago, we hired Knights Air Conditioning because several neighbors recommended them. Initially, everything seemed fine and the service appeared professional. Last year, we had an issue with our HVAC system and were told repairs would cost around $3,500.
