Extremely POOR customer service. Mostly from the old man behind the parts counter, which I have since found out he is the OWNER! What? Really ? He is the most UN-helpful person ever, it is evident that he does not want to help you AT ALL ! I needed a belt for a tiller, he refused to help me unless I had a model # and type of tiller, I did not have that info, so he said CAN'T HELP YA !!!!! IDIOT! I wanted to ring his neck! poor customer service – I recently stopped by the store to pick up a few supplies to update an aging cub cadet I own and upon dealing with the older man at the counter, it became very obvious that he apparently had better things to do than answer any of my questions without an added snarky response. It seemed like if I were not their to pick up a new item then he wanted nothing to do with me as a customer. BEST EQUIPMENT DEALERSHIP!!! – I recently purchased a new Cub Cadet tractor from Knightdale Tractor. They wide variety of equipment and knowledge from the staff is what sealed the deal. I went to other dealerships first in wake county area and no one seemed willing to spend time answering questions. I highly recommend this family owned dealership with over 40 years of experience.

Dishonest, changed price, holding equipment until paid in cash even though they take credit cards – Forcing me to bring cash to their place of business even though they take credit card payments over the phone. Just because after they picked up my equipment I did not want them to do the work after they changed the price.
