Very unhappy with the service and quality of people's attitudes at the store 73rd and Greenfield very very bad service very bad customer appreciation try three times to get the glasses done correctly and they still couldn't do it right so then they charged me for a prescription that wasn't right in the first place and I can't do anything about it because they already took the money away from me $100 I got my money back for the glasses but they didn't work three times I had to go back three times and it did not fix the proble... read more

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eric’s for 19 years and would never go anywhere else. I had an exam today and asked him about the bad review here and he said it was from someone that was angry that he hired someone who’s Hispanic, posted on every review page and tried to get her fired. Dr. Eric and his staff have always been wonderful to me and I absolutely recommend them.
I have to put a star and this should be a NO STAR rating. Blanca is unprofessional and should be ashamed of herself. If that’s how she treats the patients and paying customers, she should be immediately fired. She didn’t let me speak to hear my concern and she was insensitive regarding the issue. Blanca is a disgrace to this great company. I will never come back because of the unprofessional attitude and her poor handling of a conflict with a customer. I waited a very long time to be seen. The receptionist was very rude. Doctor knight was ok, but was very rushed and seemed a bit egotistical. The only up side was the lady behind the glasses counter, she was very sweet and helpful.
