Disappointed to have had a poor experience with this company. We called to have our septic tank pumped, but the woman refused to dig where we told her the cap was. We showed her the map that I pulled from the city plans of where it was (we had purchased the home in the last 5 years so this was the first time needing to pump the septic tank). She messed around in the area for a few hours but said she couldn't find it. I believe I even texted her the image of the map so she could have it on her phone. They fumigated my house to clear the crawl space with me in the house. Without telling me they were going to fumigate. Then worked in the crawl space they fumigated. Created an environment in the house where it’s difficult to breath for months. Really strange move. To poison your self to avoid seeing some possible rodent or something.

Have them working on a remodel for us and they are always very quick to respond to our calls and requests. Have been good to work with. Rick and Brandon are very efficient, polite and wonderful to work with!
