I met with Danny on 7/7/2020 and signed up for a year of service ($545). Danny was friendly and provided great customer service. Danny said someone would call early next week, the next week came around and not a word. I called Knight back to see what's up and got forwarded to Danny's voicemail and no response. Don't waste your time with this company or it's new partner Arrow. When calling Arrow no one answers, just advertisements and gimmicks, see for yourself, call: 1-800-226-3139.

Roger did a termite inspection on the home I’m under contract for. Besides doing an excellent job, which I expect, he was personable, pleasant, and made the inspection experience pleasant. He smiled, inspected, talked with us, inspected more, included us in the inspection process. This was by far the BEST inspection I’ve ever been through. Great job!!! Been using Knight for both home and business for many many years. Local business with great people.
I just had to ask their technician, Danny, to leave my property. He was supposed to be here for an inspection and he was incredibly rude and inappropriate. He was aggressively asking to come inside and I felt unsafe. Incredibly disappointed. If you are assigned Danny, ask for another tech. Or just go with another company.
