I have never experienced customer service this bad. I have paid for 2 units through Knights, an 11k for downstairs and a 8k for upstairs in my home. The girl I spoke with yesterday was beyond rude. The day before I asked for a simple request, just for an invoice to be sent to my email due to selling my home, and the new owners needing verification the unit was bought and paid in full before closing. Had my AC unit go out over the weekend. Called for the emergency services. They had someone out same day which was great, but that is where it ended. the technician diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and promised to be out first thing on Monday before 11am to finish the job. Monday rolled around and took off work to be home for this. No show. After keeping our old furnace going for two decades. Dan and co. replaced our old pkg unit with a new Trane pkg unit. Darrell and his other brother Darrell did a wonderful job installing the new unit. Prompt, very personable, willing to answer general questions and generally, put up with me . Fair and reasonable. Completely knowledgeable. The only HVAC company we will call.

I have used them several times and they always show up quickly, they are friendly and professional. I know I am going to be charged fairly. They never up-sell or try to replace more than necessary. The blower on my furnace was rattling and they were able to repair the old part and didn't push the sale of a new one, but told me it was easily ordered and replaced if this one started acting up again. Had Knight replace an old HVAC system. Every part of the service was flawless. Their sales, install, and follow up after the sale was fantastic. My first call for all HVAC issues is Knight.
