I bought a mattress and a new dresser. Service at the store was excellent. Delivery by Zach and Jordan was quick, easy. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
We just had furniture delivered this afternoon and had a good experience. Seth and Corey were very helpful with the products.

Just had new couch and recliner delivered today. Great experience overall. Easy, no pressure shopping in store and delivery was quick.
The saleswoman was very nice and helpful, but I didn't get my couch when I was told and after going back to the store to find out what's going on, I am told now I'm left waiting for 2 weeks! �� I bought the couch and a mattress set on Monday and here 3 days later I'm sitting in an empty living room because I'd already gotten rid of my old couch!
Our entire experience was awesome! Cathy was great, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Zach and Jordan dropped off our furniture, and were extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. It's very obvious Knight furniture cares about their customers and customer service! We will be back.
We walked in and were greeted by Cathy Miles. She showed what we were looking for and after sitting in numerous sofas and chairs we made a decision. We we not finished. We had multiple swatches of fabric to take home to see which one matched existing furniture and rugs. Decided what was on the showroom floor was actually the best match. Placed the order and received our furniture a week or so later. The delivery folks were great and actually helped move a sleeper out into the garage. Thanks guys....much appreciated
