We just bought our new house and started furnishing it. Amber helped us get a beautiful great quality dining table and provided wonderful customer service. The delivery guys are also super careful when setting up and very nice. If you are looking for any item for your home this is the place to go!!
New bedroom suite was delivered, in the rain, on a cold wintery day, in a large truck that was too large to fit in my driveway. The furniture had to be hauled, piece by piece, up a very steep driveway, then up a flight of stairs. These guys did it! No issues, no problems, no hassles, no worries.
Just had our new bedroom suit delivered and set up from Knight Furniture & Mattress. Could not be happier with the furniture and delivery . Logan & Thomas did a super great job assembling all the new stuff and got er done really fast. They didn't even make any noise doing the work! This bedroom suit will last us a lifetime. Great people to do business with.
I purchased a couch from Knight Furniture in Sherman. Pricing was on target. They delivered to my lake place and pick up at very heavy, ugly sofa bed and giant recliner. The guy were quick, neat and accommodating.
Ordered a Lazyboy Chair from the store in Gainesville. They were great throught the buying process. Dropped the ball Big Time on the Pick Up. So they offered FREE Delivery because they called me to tell me the chair was there @ the Gainesville Store for pick up. Go to pick up chair, it's not there. They tell us the chair will be there Saturday afternoon. We call store on Saturday still no chair. My husband works Mid-Nights so he sleeps during the day. They call to tell me the Delivery time is 12:00 to 2:00 pm!!!! Really!!! I... read more

Knight Furniture has the best customer service of anywhere I have ever been. They will go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. Not to mention their furniture is HIGH quality! I have had two couches and tables for 5 years and they are just as nice as the day I got them.
