Amanda was amazing! she helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our budget and did not push! She walked that place all day helping us decide and paying attention to our needs and wants! She was patient and respectful! loved our experience here!
There products are good and the salesman are very courteous.

Was shopping at the Gainesville store. Went to leave and I backed into the store sign. The sign is in an unusual place. Too close to the store. Over 4 thousand dollars damage to my vehicle. Here’s the deal. There is a steel guard rail around the sign indicating there have been problems with people hitting the sign. But, the steel barrier has obviously been hit many dozens of times. I have purchased numerous items from both Knight locations. The customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond each and every time. I will definitely return for all my furniture needs. The staff from the sales person, to management, to the delivery team could not have been better.
Their furniture is very overpriced and we did not have salesman and had to keep asking questions to the women behind the cash register
