I've been looking for 2 months for a new sofa. Both online and various stores around the Metroplex. I could not find the right sofa for the right price. Plus everywhere I went had a 6-8 week waiting period for it to be ordered. Not to mention plus shiping cost. Until I remembered that I had not check out Knight Furniture here in Sherman Tx. I found the couch I wanted and the pieces I wanted were ordered by Knight's. Only problem I had was being told it would be delivered prior to the reality of the time it was delivered. Not the store's fault but fault of the salesperson who is now gone. Deliver of couch was excellent! The two men who came called ahead so I could be there, they arrived and had covers on their shoes to avoid tracking anything in. They padded the door so coming in would not scratch the wood. We only buy furniture from Knights !!! We like to support our local businesses. They introduced us to Vaughn Bassett. ..Made in America and we are beyond pleased. This store has excellent customer service, and the delivery guys are great. Bought a king size bed, and I love it. Their great service and helpful sales force made me a customer for life. I give them 5 stars

One of the best stores in America maybe on the planet. These guys care and are professionals in all departments of the company. Highly skilled and always training to get better! David Gunn is one of the leaders in the furniture industry in the United States. His son Joey is very involved in the next generation. As consumers it would be great if all retailers cared like the management and staff at Knight Furniture.
