Not the same company it once was. My parents had knight fuel for 30 years so I figured I would switch to them and give them a shot. Knight Fuel is top notch from their office to their technicians. Pleasant and exceptional service every time whether it is fuel delivery or HVAC service! Thank you again!
Any time I call or have an issue they are responsive and work with me for my account. The office staff is so nice. I’ve been using them for years, maybe 3-4? Have had technicians come to my house to fix my furnace, the office calls me to remind me of my yearly service, and they are helpful with fuel assistance program. Thank you knight fuel for always being so kind and accommodating
The most responsive team in the oil business!!
Definitely would recommend you having better drivers driving your vans or at least talk to them about paying attention. One of your employees almost hit me today as I was turning- mind you I was only turning because he HAD HIS TURN SIGNAL ON. He then proceeded to drive up on me and flip me off. Sorry not sorry but maybe he should have paid attention to the fact that he was showing drivers he was turning due to not turning off his blinker. I wouldn’t want anyone this rude to work on my thing. Have a great weekend.
