Their drivers love to speed down Park street in the mornings while all families are waiting for the bus. Would never use this company simply based on the negligence they show driving, can’t imagine their product and service is any better.
I've been using Knight Since I moved to Hudson 3 years ago. Service and delivery are always prompt and efficient. I woke up last night to a 50 degree house and they had a service technician come out at 4 AM to get it back up and running. Can't say enough about how happy I am with them!
Can't say enough about Knight Fuel. Recently had a hot water issue and everyone from the operator who takes their after hours calls to the office team and technicians were fantastic. My problem was resolved efficiently and the work that was needed was done by a friendly technician who explained what the problem was and how he had fixed it. Great job by a wonderful local, family owned company!
KNIGHT FUEL turns me into local authorities for having a damaged oil tank, ONLY AFTER I decide to leave their services and they have delivered a dozen times to the damaged tank. I was customer of Knight Fuel for @5 Yrs. One day they came out for oil smell and found a small leak which they patched. A person who sounded like a Used Car Salesman from central casting called me and began a drawn out sales pitch, I shut down from the insulting tone of Knight Fuel and tried to be as respectful as possible, but the salesman kept on.... read more
