Any time I call or have an issue they are responsive and work with me for my account. The office staff is so nice. I’ve been using them for years, maybe 3-4? Have had technicians come to my house to fix my furnace, the office calls me to remind me of my yearly service, and they are helpful with fuel assistance program. Thank you knight fuel for always being so kind and accommodating

Definitely would recommend you having better drivers driving your vans or at least talk to them about paying attention. One of your employees almost hit me today as I was turning- mind you I was only turning because he HAD HIS TURN SIGNAL ON. He then proceeded to drive up on me and flip me off. Sorry not sorry but maybe he should have paid attention to the fact that he was showing drivers he was turning due to not turning off his blinker. I wouldn’t want anyone this rude to work on my thing. Have a great weekend.
Their drivers love to speed down Park street in the mornings while all families are waiting for the bus. Would never use this company simply based on the negligence they show driving, can’t imagine their product and service is any better.
I've been using Knight Since I moved to Hudson 3 years ago. Service and delivery are always prompt and efficient. I woke up last night to a 50 degree house and they had a service technician come out at 4 AM to get it back up and running. Can't say enough about how happy I am with them!
