This is a 100% scam. Conducted a “legit” inspection, took “legit” samples, took my money, answered calls for about 3 days regarding lab results, and then disappeared. I took a pic of his initial report and called the lab, they don’t know who he is. 3/19/23

This is my first time writing reviews ever, and boy does this "company" deserve it. Marc Brennan made an appointment with me for 1pm today. I received texts from a young girl with emojis...half a dozen, saying the company's owner would be here at 130, then 2, then 230, then 3. Brennan shows up at 3:20. No call. FRAUD - Warning - The owner of this company destroyed our ability to catch mold in our rental, frauded us, only brought 2 options to test when promised at least 10 prior to arrival - and sent multiple texts threatening our safety. Avoid at all costs. They refused service to an asian person simply due to their race. They lied about the existence of a law. They also threatened to call ICE on any asian person who leaves a bad review. Don’t use their services.

Recently denied an asian household services because of their race. This is soon after the Atlanta shooting of 6 Asian women. Documented, though I am not sure how to attach the picture of the email.
