I believe the company as a whole is great. I was temporarily employed and learned a lot of valuable information on the daily operations of direct mail. I was also able to gain knowledge about digital printing and the flow of how we received work and how it goes out. I was disappointed to learn that I was not going to be hired and the poor rating is giving because even if the need for me was completed I was never told anything. I had an awesome experience with this company! I was in a pinch to get invitations for my sister's baby shower done. I had looked everywhere and couldn't find anything I liked. They designed the invitation and had them printed up in no time. Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Web site is kinda weak for a "Printing Factory". You're not in Chicago anymore Dorothy!
