They would not honor a price on their website. Telling me it was for Black Friday and only for items in stock. Absolutely zero disclaimers on the site saying this. Even after talking to the manager he said they won't honor it. I call B.S.
I was totally satisfied with the friendly, courteous, helpful, and professionalism of the Knie sales and management staff. I purchased a fully equipped living and dining room ensembles and additional accessories. I got everything that I wanted and paid for. On the single accessory item that had a faulty part, the staff did their best to resolve my problem and finally ended up replacing the item with a whole new ordered, assembled, and delivered furniture item.
