We went to knie to get a new mattress. Dean helped us get a good deal and he was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend him and knie to others!
Installers hooked up my washer and cross threaded the fittings. Water was gushing out of the back all over my floor. The installers did not verify correctly that there were no leaks. They had to come back and bring a new one since they ruined the threads. I called Chad and asked for a discount since they would have flooded my whole house if I wasn't there and he stated that they could not. In my opinion that is bad customer service and I will not be going back to them.

Absolutely, recommend!! We have purchased bedroom furniture and a dining set from the Ashley side in the last couple yrs and purchased a England/Lazyboy recliner a few weeks ago it had a minor flaw we noticed after it was delivered last week they promptly sent out their service guy to fix it! He went out of his way to fix it and saw a couple more things to tweak while he was here and now my already comfortable chair is even better!
