Be warned, they will find any reason to deduct the max amount of your security deposit. Took off $375 of my deposit for a few nail holes in the wall (two of which were documented to be in the apartment before we moved in). Absolutely greedy operation. Horrible maintenance too, waited 6 weeks for them to replace a broken fridge. Avoid!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst property management I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional, tried to rip us off with moving out costs, and always demanding. They also said they would have cleaning services in the building once a week and I just saw cleaning services once a year. Please stay away from these people as they will become your nightmare.
Very shady, unprofessional, and unorganized as a Company. Took over our lease half way through and were initially very good. However, they did breach the lease when the required payment be made online (additional fee), and thereby altering a material term of the lease without consent in the amount to be paid each month. Shady!! If i could rate 0 or a negative number i would! Staff is unprofessional, rude, shady, crooked, thieves!! They have yet to settle my security deposit. Its been 3 months! They gave me a little more than half Holding the other half for an ac unit that was there when we moved in. An a chair they asked us to move out, which we did.
