This review is specifically for the employee, Hilary Amores. I sent an inquiry email about a few issues regarding our building that KPM was managing, to which I received a response from Hilary in a timely fashion. I then sent multiple clarification emails to Hilary and never once received a response back. Terrible customer service by Hilary.
Kung property management at first they will give their best to gain your trust so they can milk you money then as time goes by and problem occurs and when you present issues with evidence they will start to ignore you and do nothing. So be careful
