My Mother used to order from you , she lived in Decatur Illinois. I felt what she ordered me was very overpriced for what I received. She was elderly and I felt she was taken advantage of. May she Rest In Peace. Joni Kelty, E Moline

However, we have been under new ownership for 1 year. I’m sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Do you know when it was she last ordered for you? I can’t find any record of an order under your name since taking over the business.

I have not had the honor of meeting the owner of this store but I can sure tell you she has my business! I got married last Saturday. When I picked up my bouquets from another florist, not one of my lilies had opened. My best friend took my bouquets to K’Nees and this lady saved my life re-ramping/adding to my arrangements! Thank you sooo very much!

After months of coordinating with another florist to provide flowers for my mom’s wedding, we picked them up and were not happy by any means. Day of we went in to K’nees hoping for at least a few lilies to embellish the bouquets. The owner went above and beyond our expectations and truly made magic happen in just 45 minutes. I didn’t personally deal w her but I hope she knows she really made my mom’s special day just right!! Highly recommend anybody to go to K’nees!

Best customer service ever!! I brought in bridal bouquets that were done with another florist to see about adding to them to make the bride happy the day of the wedding. The owner went above and beyond making sure that they were exactly what we were looking for! She spent almost 45 min remaking the bouquets that turned out beyond our expectations! So friendly and talented!

I am so impressed with what Trisha has been able to accomplish in making this spot a trendy “go to” spot not only for flower and plant arrangements, but unique gifts! LOVE IT!
I have ordered several arrangements for funerals from K’nees and they were very pretty. Very reasonable on prices. My Sons had a Mothers Day flower arrangements delivered to me from K’nees and they were beautiful. I will most definitely continue to use this florist. Owner and employees are very friendly and helpful.
