I don't know what it is about this location but every time I go I get terrible service. Something is always wrong with my order and I spend 5-10 minutes waiting to place my order in the drive-thru, even if the inside is empty. Love Kneaders but I would rather drive 15 minutes to Lindon where I know I'll get outstanding service.

Simply terrible. Great food if you can tolerate the complete lack of training and incompetence of staff. Very sad to say I'll never return. Ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich and 3 tries later still left with the wrong sandwich.
Everything is so good, it's hard to choose. Can't wait until I come back.
