WE LOVE GREAT EUROPEAN BREAD! We love everything about it -the simple pleasure of kneading it by hand, the rich aroma of the Levain (natural yeast), the simple healthy ingredients (flour water and salt) the sound of the crackling crusts as they are hand peeled from our Italian hearthstone oven, and the delight we've found in sharing this amazing bread with others.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier number 591 claim to be a manager. Got our order completely wrong refuse to make it right charged us extra and then was extremely rude. Not what she would expect in Provo Utah. I will not shop there again if kneaders bakery and café does not make this correct. They definitely need staff training I am ashamed of you this is not Christian Behavior or good customer service!
The last time I came here the service was very slow and they were out of almost everything. Not sure if I’m going to come back 😐
This was the first time I ate at a Kneaders. I asked about what deli salads there were and the employee showed me and picked up a piece of fruit from the fruit salad with her bare hands and ate it in front of me. Super unsanitary and disgusting. I will never eat at a Kneaders ever again
Fresh toast is horrible now, is all smushed and the batter is not well mix you can se pieces of egg on the bread. Quality changes. They used to be good
Kneaders is good and not pricey at all I will go again
Can we just talk about a chicken pesto panini with no pesto on it, which was the cherry on top of a lackluster meal? I didn't pay eight dollars to eat a bland soggy chicken sandwich, guys. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't worth your prices, and that just goes for every other aspect of the meal. I like Kneaders overall, but this location is subpar.
We have lived near this location for years and consistently go to farther locations because the food is always subpar here (dry sandwiches, rock hard cookies, zero veggies on the turkey bacon avocado). Sometimes we want Kneaders, but don’t want to drive across town or to Spanish Fork to get it, so we rationalize that this location can’t be as bad as we remember... we are always wrong. It’s much, much worse. Take 10 minutes to drive to another Kneaders else and skip out on this location.
A couple of weeks ago, I went thru the drive-thru & waited 30 mins to order. First, they were out of pastrami, which my hubby wanted, so I ordered him a half turkey sandwich and 2 bowls of cream of broccoli soup! I got home and the sandwich had nothing on it but a little lettuce & the soup, I swear was made with water & broccoli. Really bad food and that half san & two soups cost me $15.++. I was so ticked off & my husband couldn't even eat the lousy sandwich or soup. Really disappointed in all of it!
I love the food but the last two times I went the soup was cold and they were out of the soup I liked. I would have went somewhere else but I had been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes already so I had to order.
