BLUF: Took time off work for a scheduled 9:00 AM AC repair, but the company was a complete no-show and failed to respond to any of my texts or calls. Unfortunately I did not receive any service. I texted the number supplied online requesting AC repair service and Douglas called me to schedule a repair. I would actually prefer to give a zero rating. We purchased our home from a flip and this company was used to install our hvac system before we moved in. We immediately noticed that our system was not working correctly less than a year after install. At first the KND team was responsive and professional. They diagnosed our system as needing additional coolant and it could not be done until it was at least 65 degrees. Since their diagnosis, KND has disappeared. Best service! I will definitely recommend them , Douglas is very professional with a lot of knowledge he will take good care of your problem! Recently a had 2 different companies that came to look at my ac unit and I was told it needed to be replace but Douglas came and find the problem in 30 min ! Now my ac unit is running like new !
