We had the opportunity to work with Jamie and Keith over the past few weeks. What I can say, without reservation, is they both were very knowledgeable. Their job experience was evident. Knauss came out promptly and repaired our EIFS panels perfectly. The framing was repaired and panels replaced seamlessly. Thorough communication throughout the process and when finished they cleaned up very well! 10/10- will definitely use them again.

The stucco over my front door was water damaged and sagging. There was a hole in the roof above it from a fallen tree branch. The crew came out around 8am and worked until 5:30. They returned the next morning to finish. They were prompt, professional, and the work was done beautifully. Clean up was excellent. I would recommend Knauss without hesitation, and would hire them again. A+

Jamie and the crew did some major repairs to a building we own in Greenwood, they were very professional and communicated well. We have used Knauss Property Services for many years and at many locations, we will continue to use them. They are all great. Thanks Ralph Knauss and Jamie and his crew.
