Don't have enough bad things to say. I had to get a lawyer to get my bathroom in working order once I moved in becasue they weren't sending out a maintence to fix it.. They are just rude after you sign the lease and don't listen to anything. All my neighbors complained about KMK. They increased my rent 2 times in 1.3 years which I don't think is legal. ALL the fees they add to your rent is crazy. Look elsewhere!!!!!!
Do not rent through this company, ever - this review is specifically for the 10520 National building. Folks stay, stay, STAY away from this property management company! DO NOT rent from them! Do not trust any of their leasing agents, especially its president! Make sure you thoroughly inspect the unit, with witnesses, take photos/videos, check for mold, leaks, safety, asbestos/lead exposure...etc. and make sure it’s not a defective apartment/uninhabitable!
