My favourite local Kmart store. Regardless of how busy it gets, it’s always clean. The staff are friendly.
Terrible service by lady on the customer service counter. Doesn't even know the basic etiquettes of simple talk. Have them trained for such basics at least.
Female 'manager?' with short hair was extremely rude. Her tone of voice was demeaning. They didn't have trolley tags available to buy for people who pay with phones. And weren't willing to help a woman with by providing a trolley as she didnt have her physical card - and had to carry a massive TV unit to her car. Complaint will be escalated to fair trading. Given the past reviews, this seems like an ongoing issue with this specific store and staff.
