I’ve been visiting this store for many years & always find the staff very friendly & helpful.
Staff wouldn’t know how to smile or be polite
I was just at your Rouse Hill store. I needed to buy quite a lot and so I needed a trolley. It is impossible to get a trolley there as you need a gold coin or you need cash or a physical card to get one from the checkout. Most people now only carry their phone on them. I was unable to get cash out and they were very unhelpful in a way to help me get a trolley.
