Kmart Rousehill - Teach the person (who stood at the entrance to check the bill on 25Oct at 8:50PM) how to talk to a customer. The staff need to focus on cleaning up instead of having a chat with each other. I went to go look at the clothes today and everything was just pilled on the tables, chucked on the racks and all over the floor.
I recently came across a Kmart worker named Elina or Elena (apologies if I’m not spelling her name correctly) at Kmart Rouse Hill, and I was thoroughly impressed. She is kind, polite, and speaks with the sweetest tone. I’ve interacted with her twice on separate occasions, and each time she has been exceptionally patient, always putting customers first, and willingly pausing her tasks to assist others.
