They provided excellent service to my bike. I got a new krank arm, chain and fly wheel put on. They also adjusted my gears. I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes.

I had a great experience here as someone who is getting back into biking after a long hiatus. If you're a first-time buyer or are getting back into it, I'd say your only task is determining the range of activities you expect to do with the bike. These guys will take that info and put you in the right bike. Super easy.
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, fast, reasonably priced and they stock some sweet bikes! Always satisfied at Klunk!
