They always seem to have what I need at a fair price. And I've always had a great customer service experience with their staff. UPDATE: Just had my bike in for a full service, upgraded brakes plus fenders. I am stunned, it is like a whole new bike. Speechless, literally, it's transformed. You get what you pay for, Karl and krew are the best!
stopped in for information on mountain bikes and had a very informative conversation with them even though i was just starting to look. they took the time to really help with the technical side of what makes a good bike and covered the parts as well.... high marks for that
